The Perfect Day

I think today was the most perfect day ever!!! After getting highly frustrated on free travel, I decided that I needed to have some time alone. Today was the day because there was nothing going on. So, I packed up my nerves and went into Florence. I was terrified but decided that if I'm going to live on my own one day, I need to get over being scared of walking around a city alone and what better way to do it than in a foreign country. Anyway, I spent so much money and it was wonderful and a much needed 'shopping spree.' Now, I feel SOOOO much better...like I can stand to be around people again.

Let's talk about the weather! It felt AMAZING!!! After freezing in Austria and Germany this past week and freezing here at night, it was the most perfect fall weather. Now, if the only the trees would change colors! The sun was out today and it made for a perfect walk/bus ride into Florence!

My mom accidentally called me when it 3:15am my time. It was a bit scary because I thought something had happened to someone.

I seem to be sitting in the computer lab a lot lately...guess that's because it is the only warm area in this whole entire villa...if it isn't, I haven't found the other areas yet.
